Signed by Si

Friends and family tend to call me Si, so that is how I sign my paintings. It's 2 letters, it's cleaner and I like it.

My paintings have always been an exploration of colour, aesthetic, texture, layering, scale and emotion - they often start as a snapshot of a memory and then build and develop from there. I predominantly use a square format and acrylic on canvas. 

I work out of a riverside studio in Oxfordshire and am delighted to host a private view (in person or over Zoom) for any artwork that is for sale.

Due to shipping, I predominantly sell locally within the UK but international delivery can be arranged as required.

I studied Fine Art at Birmingham City University and have been painting on and off for over 25 years.
